Everyone can relate
Remember the group work in school where you had to team up
with others and
you were the person who did most of the work
but the entire group got the same grade?
Everyone knows the free-riders who take advantage of group work, except you are one of them.
Many of us know that
unfortunately these situations do come again in our professional
work
life, where it is even more annoying. As an educator I wanted to shine a light on this to be able
to
evaluate and give grades based on the individual work
contribution.
